Introductions & Roles: Everyone shared their experience and goals.
Norms & Branching: We will set hard deadlines, avoid waiting until the last second, and communicate actively in Slack. We will use the name/issue#/type convention for GitHub branches. Everyone felt very strongly that pull requests must have at least 1 reviewer before merging to maintain code quality without bottlenecking the team.
Action Items (Due 4/12): Draft and sign the team contract, set up the README.md, have everyone add to the team.md page, and add questions to the doc before our TA meeting. Our recurring meeting cadence will be Mondays at 4 PM on Zoom!
